- An opportunity has emerged for a CAD/CAM Engineer with experience of using Edgecam at a high-tech engineering and manufacturing facility based in Lichfield.
- A mechanical qualification i.e.
- HND, Degree level or equivalent relevant experiences will be considered.
Confirmed role details
- Up to £30k per annum.
- Permanent, Full Time.
- Design, prototyping, research & development and manufacturing are all carried out Onsite within their high-tech facility.
- Any required training will be given both on the job and via any specialised courses.
Candidate fit
- technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving
Additional role context
- Manual machining/power tools (for example lathe and surface grinder).
- Knowledge in operating machining centres ideally 5-axis Mazak.
- Knowledge in CMM operation and quality control.
