  • An opportunity has emerged for a CAD/CAM Engineer with experience of using Edgecam at a high-tech engineering and manufacturing facility based in Lichfield.
  • A mechanical qualification i.e.
  • HND, Degree level or equivalent relevant experiences will be considered.

Confirmed role details

  • Up to £30k per annum.
  • Permanent, Full Time.
  • Design, prototyping, research & development and manufacturing are all carried out Onsite within their high-tech facility.
  • Any required training will be given both on the job and via any specialised courses.

Candidate fit

  • technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving

Additional role context

  • Manual machining/power tools (for example lathe and surface grinder).
  • Knowledge in operating machining centres ideally 5-axis Mazak.
  • Knowledge in CMM operation and quality control.
