What the role involves

  • Develop machining strategies for complex geometries and tight-tolerance parts.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cycle time reduction, tool life.
  • Supporting both internal and external customers with complex and bespoke machining requirements.
  • Provide technical input to feasibility reviews, quotations and manufacturing planning.
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and consistency in all programming activities.

Candidate fit

  • Previous experience in CAD/CAM Programmer in a high-precision environment.
