What the role involves

• Preparing, assemble, and decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts in line with company recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste.
• Follow daily production plans to meet business and customer demand.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Report any faults or issues.
• Monitoring stock levels of ingredients.

Skills and requirements

• Ability to lift and move ingredients or products when required.
