About The Role
We are seeking a Team Leader for our brand-new Care Centre - Dental Call Centre
As a Care Centre Team Leader, you hold a key position in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of a Regional Care Centre.
Leading a team of Care Centre Advisors aligned regionally, you will support them to deliver exceptional patient service, achieve performance targets, and uphold Colosseum Dental’s core values—all contributing to the strategic development and growth of the Care Centre!
If you have a strong commitment to driving innovation and continuous improvement, enjoy meeting and surpassing targets, and are eager to inspire and develop like-minded individuals, then this is the role for you!
This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home as well as travel to your regional dental clinics. The specific location and schedule may vary based on business requirements and regional performance.
Our Care Centre is open 7-days per week and will require flexible working across 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Sunday.
