As a Call Handler Part Time (Weekend overnight), the work centres on handling calls as presented and manage according to agreed call flow to establish the nature of the call/emergency. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
What the work leans on
Saturdays and Bank Holidays from 23:00 - 08:00. Due to this role being overnight, successful candidates must be 18 years and over.
Where the technical work sits
- Handling calls as presented and manage according to agreed call flow to establish the nature of the call/emergency.
- Processing all personal data in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and all Data Protection legislation and comply with all Information Security policies.
- Gathers and analyses information provided, using judgement, knowledge, and pre-determined algorithms to determine the most appropriate course of action.

Practical details
- Week 3 29th June Various shifts throughout the week including weekend will be confirmed at start date.
- Week 4 6th July Monday or Tuesday 6pm - 10pm.
- 16 hours per week, worked within our opening hours detailed above.
- UK standard Pension contributions – 5% Employee/3% Employer.
