What the role involves
- Tok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

- Experimentation & Optimization: Design and run A/B tests, iterate campaign mechanics, and continuously improve efficiency and revenue contribution.
- Campaign Craftsmanship: Lead end-to-end campaign design and execution, including mechanics, rewards, communications, and GTM.
- Manage signature IP campaigns that differentiate our brand.
- Cross-Market Scaling: Develop playbooks to capture best practices and replicate successful campaigns across multiple EU markets with measurable impact.
Skills and requirements
- As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree - Strong knowledge of the Dutch digital/media ecosystem.
- Proven success in designing and scaling campaigns across multiple markets.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort/funnel analysis, and campaign optimization.
Candidate fit
- Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:Drive alignment across product, operations, data, and local market teams.
Additional role context
- Our focus is to continually champion and optimize Tik.
- Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Conduct cohort and funnel analysis, ROI modeling, and performance tracking to optimize results.
