What you need
- Experience of monitoring junior team members' work and coaching / career development.
- Preferably, you’ll also have demonstrable Business Development experience including working collaboratively with Partners and Directors to build relationships on key accounts.
- RICS / CTA / ACA qualified or equivalent qualification.
