As a Capital Procurement Manager, the work centres on leading strategic relationships with key CAPEX suppliers to deliver aligned value and performance. It would suit someone who can bring safe working habits, organisation, and practical judgement to the role.

Influencing and partnering with stakeholders across Engineering, Project Management, and senior leadership teams. Driving sustainability improvements and contributing to Tarmac’s net‑zero carbon initiative across the supply chain.

- Mandatory, proven CAPEX procurement experience within an engineering or industrial environment.
- Experience managing and improving end‑to‑end CAPEX procurement processes.
- Ideally, MCIPS qualification (or working toward it).
