Capital Projects Programme Manager focuses on will be responsible for delivering one of the key objectives in the care & support strategic plan /28.

What the role involves

  • Will be responsible for delivering one of the key objectives in the Care & Support Strategic Plan /28.
  • To oversee a programme of disposals, refurbishments and developments on behalf of the Customer Services Directorate. This includes Care & Support and Community Investment.
  • Critically analyse asset data alongside suitability criteria to inform investment and disposal decisions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders including the Development, Property and Regeneration Directorates, as well as external stakeholders such as the GLA and.
  • Develop business cases and grant applications to secure capital funding for projects and thereafter.
  • Leading project teams to ensure the successful progression of a pipeline of short/medium/long term schemes and opportunities.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
