What the role involves
- The post holder will line manage A&C members of staff dealing with all HR and personnel issues as they arise.
- To support Service Deliver Manger in the implementation of policy, business planning, business objectives and service developments relating to the administrative function of the Se.
- Assisting in meeting performance management requirements of the services, including quality, waiting time and activity targets.

Skills and requirements
- Experience of working within the context of 6 or 18 weeks and solid understanding of patient pathways.
- Educated to a degree or equivalent level of education.
- Post graduate diploma or significant experience.
- Experience of Equal Opportunity policies and procedures.
