The role will be provided planned care for patients both pre and post cardiac catheter lab procedures. Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Cardiology Cath Lab Nurse and will be responsible for the following duties;

Provide care for patients both pre and post cardiac catheter lab procedures

Participate in the pre-assessment of all cath lab patients

Develop practice in assessment of health and wellbeing needs

Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information

Develop and improve services and quality

Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practice within the speciality of cardiology

Plan, monitor and quality assure the application of technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment

Who we’re looking for

Be NMC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions

Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship

Minimum of 1 years experience in the UK in cath lab as a nurse

Cardiology experience highly desirable

Experience in circulating and scrubbing for a variety of cardiac cath lab procedures

Competence across a range of nursing skills

Excellent communication skills

Professional assessment skills
