Care Assistant focuses on ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents, with washing, dressing, mealtimes and all other aspects of daily living.

What the role involves

• Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents, with washing, dressing, mealtimes and all other aspects of daily living.
• Promoting residents' independence and well-being.
• Monitoring residents' health conditions, liaising with relatives and colleagues.
• Supporting residents in physical and social activities, getting to know their interests, and needs so they can lead their best life possible, by understanding what means most to th.
• Ideally you will have an SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care, but don’t worry if you don’t, we will fully fund.
• We have a Care Team career pathway to support you to reach your potential, all the way to Care Home Manager if that is your goal.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
