Skills and requirements

• What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape and Superpowers!).
• Hold onto your hats — ideally, you’ll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!
• Need to be as resilient as a rubber band and as eager to learn as a curious kitten.
