Ensuring that all documentation is promptly maintained and recorded. Care Assistant focuses on support people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.

Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply. Supporting in clients own homes. This may include support with washing, dressing, food preparation etc. Administering medication in line with a clients care plan - Don’t worry! Full training will be provided.
