What the role involves

• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
• Manage residents' behaviour with care.
• Supporting residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintaining accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• Day and night shift available, 12 hour shifts, alternate weekends.
