Care Assistant focuses on as a care assistant, you will work with our elderly residents to help them live their lives to the full.

What the role involves

• As a care assistant, you will work with our elderly residents to help them live their lives to the full.
• Supporting the clinical nursing team to provide the highest quality, person-centred care.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care whilst promoting independence, respect and dignity.
• Supporting resident’s physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Promote best practice in relation to health & safety, confidentiality and security. Care will be carried out under the supervision.
• Direction of a registered Nurse.

• Experience in a care background.
