Care Assistant focuses on be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support him to reach his full potential.

What the role involves

• Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support him to reach his full potential.
• Care of the ventilated child, PEG feeds via mini-button for medication, hydration and nutrients, oral suctioning and oxygen administration.
• The client has CHARGE syndrome and due to this the client has a multitude of impairments where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes.
• Be supported by Advantage Healthcare London branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings.
• A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs.
• Support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.

Skills and requirements

• Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle.
