What the role involves

• Delivering high-quality personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and mobility.
• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and social activities to promote wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records and handover notes.
• Work collaboratively with the day team to ensure continuity of care.
• Previous experience in a care role is desirable.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to overnight care.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• 22 hours (2 shifts), 33 hours (3 shifts) or 44 hours (4 shifts) per week available.
• Both day and night contracts available (either 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am).
• As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Provide personal care, and help create a warm and engaging environment where residents feel valued and safe.
