Care Assistant

Care Assistant focuses on supporting with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet.

What the role involves

• Supporting with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet.
• Assisting with mobility and safe transfers in and out of beds etc.
• Assisting with medication: administration or reminders as prescribed.
• Supporting with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with loved ones.
• Provide reassurance and emotional wellbeing.

Skills and requirements

• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
• Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed for the post- We adhere to the Access NI code of practice.
• Full training will be provided & opportunities to complete NVQ Level 2 & 3.
