Be willing to travel up to 1 hour away, to cover the West Sussex area. Delivering clinical care in a variety of complex needs. Providing dedicated 1:1 care.

What you need
- Experience in complex care (experience of clinical tasks would be extremely advantageous).
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

- Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.
