Care Assistant focuses on be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents.
What the role involves
- Be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents.
- Handling stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
- The care that we provide is 24 hours 7 days a week so we do require good flexibility in being able to cover a mixture both during the week and weekends.
- Our person centred planning meetings and processes are co-produced with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach.
Skills and requirements
- Have you got the experience needed to excel in the Health and Social-care environment?
- Experience is preferred but not essential for this role, as the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting is the primary factor.
- Previous experience and any relevant qualifications in care is preferred however not essential as full training including online e-learning is available through our preferred train.
- This will provide you with a great experience to enable you to develop skills which can underpin a successful career in adult social care.

- We offer competitive hourly rates, annual leave entitlement, ongoing training, scope for permanent opportunities with some temp roles after a qualifying period.
