Confirmed role details

  • £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, plus benefits, ongoing development, and career enhancement opportunities.
  • An enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Care Deputy Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract at Meadowbeck in Sleaford.
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Candidate fit

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or complex behaviours.
  • Experience supervising or supporting staff teams within a care setting.
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum requirement.
