- Managing the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control, while ensuring the provision of quality care remains uncompromised.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing home, implementing necessary changes and improvements to enhance the overall quality of care and resident satisfact.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
- NMC pin preferred.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
