• Proven experience as a Care Manager in a domiciliary care setting is desirable, though experienced Field Care Supervisors or Care Co-ordinators, looking to take the next step up to.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in health and social care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
