What the role involves

• It’s a busy, lively home with 26 people who enjoy meaningful days filled with activities, community involvement, social opportunities and strong relationships with their support te.
• Work closely with an experienced Deputy Manager, established Team Leaders and a dedicated nursing team who deliver exceptional clinical care every day.
• Overseeing medication governance, audits and operational performance.
• Build a secure, rewarding and meaningful career.

Skills and requirements

• Your leadership will help shape the daily experience of the people we support.
• Supporting complex health needs, alongside qualified nurses.
• Experience as a CQC Registered Manager or in a senior management role in a clinical LD setting.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and quality frameworks.

• Stream – access up to 40% of your pay as you earn it.
