Care Manager
Care Manager focuses on working with the business development manager to review suitable referrals.
What the role involves
- Working with the Business Development Manager to review suitable referrals.
- Ensure we are providing client focused high-quality care at all times.
- Supporting with recruitment and training for Support Workers for care packages in your area.
- Ensure all records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Free 24 hour confidential Employee Assistance Programme Helpline & App to support with legal, health, wellbeing, relationship and consumer advice.
Skills and requirements
- Full clean driving licence with access to own car.
- Experience in care at Team Leader level or above.
- We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
Confirmed role details
- Salary £30,000 per year which includes on call rota.
- 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off.

Additional role context
- Need to be registered with Social Care Wales or register within 3 months of starting the role.
