Care Manager

Care Manager focuses on working with the business development manager to review suitable referrals.

What the role involves

• Working with the Business Development Manager to review suitable referrals.
• Ensure we are providing client focused high-quality care at all times.
• Supporting with recruitment and training for Support Workers for care packages in your area.
• Ensure all records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Free 24 hour confidential Employee Assistance Programme Helpline & App to support with legal, health, wellbeing, relationship and consumer advice.

Skills and requirements

• Full clean driving licence with access to own car.
• Experience in care at Team Leader level or above.
• We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.

Confirmed role details

• Salary £30,000 per year which includes on call rota.
• 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off.

• Need to be registered with Social Care Wales or register within 3 months of starting the role.
