The Care Support Team Leader position centres on maintaining accurate records using a care system app. It would suit someone who can bring strong understanding of person-centred care principles to the role.
Where ownership sits
We operate two supported living homes in Newbury and are seeking skilled and experienced female staff who ideally live in or near the area and are available to start as soon as pos. Experience & Qualifications:.
What the role carries
Maintaining accurate records using a care system app. Supporting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding. Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
What helps the work land well
Strong understanding of person-centred care principles. Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (on rotational basis).
What the role depends on
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Practical details
- Complex needs (minimum 2 years' experience).
- Behaviour that challenges / behavioural management.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (preferred).
