How the role is set up

We are now looking to hire a Full Time night Care & Support Worker working on a rota basis, at our Footprints home in rural Stodmarsh, Canterbury. Shifts will either be contracted for 25 hours per week (Part Time) or 37.5 (Full Time).

Improving health and wellbeing and provide all forms of personal care to the young people who use our services. Supporting and participate in all areas of the running of the home, keeping it clean and tidy and adhering to Health and Safety requirements.

What is expected

• Hold Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent or be willing to attain this qualification.
• Have the confidence to work without constant supervision but seek advice and assistance where required.
• Have the motivation to use own initiative and develop activities and events for service users.

Job details

• Footprints provides care on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays.
• 6.30am – 10am then 3pm – 8pm.
