Care Team Leader

The Care Assistant position centres on be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off with the following shift options. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Be based in Sherwell Manor which is well under construction and set to open in June 2026! Crystal Care Collection are focused on making our homes not just luxury places for our residents to live, but also wonderful places for our team members to work.

Where someone would start

Be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off with the following shift options:. Full Time Days: 08:00-20:00 totalling to an average of 42 hours per week. Complete quality audits as delegated by the General or Care Manager.
