Skills and requirements

• NVQ 2/3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter.
• Experience within social housing, property maintenance or responsive repairs preferred.
• Experience carrying out damp and mould treatments is advantageous.

Confirmed role details

• Up to £40,090 Company Van & Fuel Card.
• Permanent Full-Time Monday–Friday.
