What the role involves

• Ensure tools, materials and parts are available and stock levels maintained.
• Ensure all items used adhere to Brand standards Work collaboratively with the wider maintenance and facilities team.
• Ensure minimal disruption to guests and operations when completing works.
• Supporting to resort departments.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in all work areas.

Skills and requirements

• General Duties & Key Accountabilities Carpet and Flooring examples Accurately measure and estimate materials required to complete task Ensuring area is prepared, remove old materia.
• Operational Support Support operational teams with repair needs for day to day tasks in residential areas, commercial areas and events, entertainment and seasonal attractions as re.
• Guest & Team Experience Work in a professional and guest-focused manner when operating in public areas.
• Experience & Qualification Requirements NVQ level 2 in floorcovering occupations (Construction) NVQ level 3 in Floorcovering (desirable) NICF registered (desirable) Strong fault-fi.
