- In 1997 this level of support was almost unheard of but has since become an integral and incredibly important element of supporting people with acquired neurological damage.
- Provide & maintain a case management service to a range of clients, families & Finance Deputies working within all NCM Policies, Procedures & supporting documentations.
- Assessment of Client Needs and Risks and Produce Case Management Plan and agree with the client and/or their representatives prior to providing active intervention.
- Produce action plans and goals with timeframes that are specific and relevant to the client.
- Maintaining a positive therapeutic working relationship with clients, families, Deputies and litigation solicitors.
