What the role involves

• Also be a part of our newly developed neighbourhood team in alignment with the NHS 10 year plan.
• Organise and chair Best Interest meetings for those who require support expressing their wishes.
• Support CIS internal teams such as Urgent Community Response, Home first and rehabilitation.
• Our high secure services care for patients from South of England and we provide low and medium secure services across eight London boroughs.
• We employ 4,500 staff, of whom 56% are BME.
• Our turnover for 2023-24 is £426m.

Skills and requirements

• BSc Degree in either Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Post Graduate MSc Degree.
• Substantial experience of working at a band 5 level (acute.
• Previous clinical experience in the following.
