Skills and requirements

• Compass Associates is proud to be working with a well-established case management business, to recruit a new Case Manager to join their North West adults’ team.
• Your caseload will be tailored around your location, area of clinical specialism and client needs, with the aim of keeping travel within a two-hour radius of your home address.
• Involve carrying out INAs, conducting risk assessments and working with clients within their own homes and community settings.
• Work closely with clients and their families, whilst collaborating with MDT members, healthcare professionals and legal teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

Confirmed role details

• Full or Part Time (minimum 3 days/week).
• £41,000 - £49,000 (depending on experience).
• Regular team meetings for peer support, training and networking events.
• Regular clinical supervision from a Senior Clinical Manager.
