How the role works day to day
Supporting quality assurance processes, including risk assessment, safety planning and case reviews. Deputise for the Head of Safeguarding, providing advice and support to senior leaders and stakeholders. Overseeing safeguarding casework, ensuring timely progress, appropriate responses and effective communication.

What needs to be in place
- Relevant professional qualification ( social care, criminal justice) with appropriate training in safeguarding.
- Extensive experience of safeguarding children and adults, including case management and statutory processes.
