What the role involves

• ·To report for duty punctually at the time specified on the weekly rota, in full uniform in accordance with the Image Standards.
• ·To understand all items on the menu, including recipes, accompaniments, and service.
• ·To be familiar with all alcoholic beverages available from the bar their correct service in accordance with Weights and Measures Act 1985.
• ·To serve all foods in the manner specified in food service specification.
• · Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.

Confirmed role details

• The Copthorne Hotel Cardiff is seeking Casual Food and Beverage Assistants.
• · Cash Health Plan cover option available.
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred).

Candidate fit

• · Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is requested.
• · As the position covers breakfast or dinner service the employee would need to be available for morning and/or evenings to ensure seamless service for each guest.
