What the role involves

• Assist in delivering exceptional service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a range of hospitality events including fine dining, BBQs, weddings, and canapé receptions.
• We take great pride in the high quality of our offering and the standards we maintain.
• You may also assist with basic food preparation and carry out additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef or Operations Manager.

Skills and requirements

• Have experience working in a similar role and environment.
• Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment.
• Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
• Ensure all areas are clean and tidy.

Additional role context

• We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at one of our conference venues in Oxford OX1 3RG.
• This busy venue operates 7 days a week between 6am and midnight.
• We are a fresh, food-led operation open seven days a week, catering for up to 200 guests daily.
