What the role carries

Handling all cases in accordance with the client’s requirements by referral to documented procedures at all times. Maintaining a proper reserve at all times by regular review. All Staff are expected to carry out any reasonable instruction given by their line manager, in line with business requirements.

Practical details

• 25 days holiday (rising with service plus option to purchase up to 5 extra days a year!).
• Pension, 5% employee and 5% employer contribution.
