- As a key member of the Serious Injury department, you will manage and progress a specialist caseload of pain‑related,plex injury claims.
- Proactively managing a specialist caseload of Intermediate Track and Multi‑Track motor claims valued up to £250,000, ensuring all heads of loss are fully explored and evidenced to.
- Assisting senior team members on catastrophic injury claims valued £1,000,000+Managing workloads effectively to meet performance targets across profit costs, settlements, case prog.
- Demonstrating a high level of sensitive client care whilst maintaining proactivemunication with insurers, experts, and other stakeholders, using phone, video or in‑person meetings.
- Liaising with medical experts, reviewing reports, and maintaining regular risk assessments throughout each case.
Skills and requirements
