• Previous procurement experience within Cosmetic or Personal care business.
• Quarterly KPI development and Supplier Monitoring as part of QBR process.

Additional role context

• The Category Manager will be responsible for sourcing and cost reduction within the Indirect categories, with a specific focus on Store Design, permanent fixtures.
• For development and delivery of the Store Design sourcing strategy, working with regional leads to deliver a category plan in agreement with the Global Procurement Director.
• Taking a lead role in working with stakeholders to develop a local sourcing plan and project roadmap.
