Catering Assistant focuses on keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.

What the role involves

• Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.
• Following food safety regulations and procedures.
• Working closely with chefs and carers to meet residents’ dietary needs.
• Stock checking and replenishing supplies.
• Experience in a kitchen or catering environment (preferred but not essential).
• Augusta Court in Chichester is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 46 residents.
