Catering Assistant focuses on ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular haccp regulations.

What the role involves

• Ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular HACCP regulations.
• Checking in of food deliveries ensures that only the highest standard of produce is accepted into the units.
• Ensuring that all food storage complies with food hygiene regulations and that F.I.F.O stock rotation system is being followed.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.

Confirmed role details

• Catering Assistant - Witney - FM Service Provider - £12.71 per hour.
• Flexible shift pattern.
• Up to 40 hours per week.
• 07:30am to 15:00pm.

• Have a proven track record as a Catering Assistant and will be able to work Immediately.
