This Catering Manager role is focused on supporting smooth service-by-service kitchen or service operations. It would suit someone who can bring calm and organised in a fast-paced setting to the role.
How the role is set up
To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit to provide great quality Foodservice and Support Services as required. To organise and supervise the unit in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass Ireland.

What is expected
- Minimum 2 years catering experience.
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2.
