The Catering Operations Manager position centres on reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager. It would suit someone who can bring take a proactive and hands-on approach to all aspects of the business/operation to the role.

Their catering operation includes a 300-seater family bar and restaurant, a vibrant and trendy new food hall, and four award-winning fish and chip shops! Strong background in catering, food or hospitality business/operations.

Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager. Ensure product quality using only fresh, high-quality ingredients. Ensure all staff complete tasks efficiently.

What is expected
- Experience in fish and chip shop operations is highly advantageous.

Job details
- Free minibus service in peak season on a Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.
- Social events throughout the year.
- Shift pattern: Weekends.
