What the role involves
- Delivering an outstanding service experience to all customers, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests at the centre.
- Support customer move-ins smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards across the centre, including meeting rooms and show offices.
- Supporting billing, revenue capture, and the promotion of additional services.
- Carry out health & safety checks.
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
- Work closely with the Centre Operations Manager to ensure the centre runs smoothly, safely, and in line with company policies and procedures.
- This role combines customer service, compliance, health & safety, administration, and operational support.
- Competitive salary of £27,500.
