What the role involves

• Leading vehicle homologation and certification activities for battery electric heavy-duty trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles.
• Manage certification plans, schedules, compliance matrices, and approval documentation.
• Coordinating certification testing activities including.
• Supporting design reviews to ensure regulatory compliance is embedded early in product development.
• Review engineering changes and assess certification impact on approved vehicle configurations.
• Managing Conformity of Production (CoP) and ongoing compliance activities.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in vehicle certification, homologation, regulatory compliance, or automotive validation.
• Experience with battery electric vehicles (BEV), high-voltage systems, or commercial vehicle platforms.
• Experience coordinating certification or validation testing programs.
