Change Communications Lead focuses on leading the development and execution of change communication campaigns, utilizing a mix of communication channels.

What the role involves

• Leading the development and execution of change communication campaigns, utilizing a mix of communication channels.
• Managing channels day‑to‑day to ensure timely, practical and high‑quality delivery.
• Delivering communications assets (e.g. briefings, emails, intranet pages, packs, updates, FAQs, toolkits).
• Provide strategic counsel and coaching to senior leaders and project sponsors, enabling clear, confident communication and effective change messaging and engagement with colleagues.
• Monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of change communications using insights, metrics and feedback to measure impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• As the Change Communications Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful change implementation.
