Location: Bracknell - on site
Rate: £650+ per day
Contract until end of September 2026
Clearance: SC required
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced RFC Change Impacting Manager to join a fast‑paced Change Impacting function focused on delivering clarity, confidence, and predictability to both internal stakeholders and Customer Authority partners.

In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Customer Authority Requests for Change (RFCs) - from initial submission through to delivery of high‑quality Impact Assessments. You'll be at the centre of coordination, governance, and assurance, ensuring RFCs progress smoothly, transparently, and to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full lifecycle of Customer Authority RFCs
  • Leading and coordinating technical, project, and PMO teams
  • Ensuring RFCs move efficiently through the Change Impacting process in line with governance
  • Acting as a key liaison with the Customer Authority
  • Providing clear communication, accurate reporting, and progress visibility
  • Reviewing and assuring the quality of impact assessments and deliverables
  • Driving continuous improvement across Change Impacting processes
  • Your Experience & Skills

    Essential skills and experience:

  • Senior Project Management or equivalent high‑level coordination experience
  • Proven stakeholder management expertise
  • Experience within change management, project delivery, or service governance
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Confidence in reviewing, assuring, and challenging deliverables
  • Experience supporting or leading major bid management activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • SC Security Clearance (required)
