• Own end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, from plan through to implementation.
• Turn strategy into clear, practical delivery plans and priorities.
• Keeping programmes moving, managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Put the right governance and reporting in place to stay in control.
• Managing budgets, forecasts and cost tracking.
• Make sure teams are ready and change is embedded into day-to-day operations.
