Change Manager

The Change Manager position centres on advisory & Assurance Services: Driving strategy, governance, and change management to ensure impactful transformation. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Where the work sits

Our work spans strategy, technology, and execution, supporting clients as they implement and scale solutions across CRM, planning, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities. Work with delivery teams to ensure training content and materials align with solution design and user needs.

Sales work involved

Advisory & Assurance Services: Driving strategy, governance, and change management to ensure impactful transformation. Own the change management workstream end to end across client engagements. Identify stakeholder groups, assess impacts, and define targeted change strategies aligned to client context.

Practical details

• Define and execute training and enablement approaches aligned to the solution being delivered (e.g. Salesforce, Anaplan, dashboards, AI tools).
• Support go-live planning, hypercare activities, and post-implementation reinforcement to embed change.
• Monitor adoption risks and issues during and after deployment.
• Work closely with teams to ensure change activities are integrated into overall project plans.

Sales skills and experience

• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across processes, roles, behaviors, and technology.
• You bring 6+ years of experience in change management, technology consulting, or transformation roles, with hands-on experience delivering change activities across full project lif.
• You are skilled in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication, with experience of engaging senior client audiences.
